From 2011 , Attila Szabó became the head of the institution, putting his own ideas and his own artistic creed into practice. Under his direction, the puppet theater continued to keep in mind the direction of previous leaders, to create successful seasons and to retain audiences.

In 1998 , Erzsébet M. Németh became the director of the company, under whose leadership the profile of the institution was expanded: in 1999, the “Heal the Puppet” therapy was started for young people with intellectual disabilities.
